The cutest cuckoo bee

I mentioned cuckoo bees before, but the other day I came across this cuckoo bee that was just too cute to resist!

Not sure about the species or genus for now…it is pretty hard to distinguish between Epeolus and Triepeolus, but both of them are in the tribe Epeolini/Nomadinae (the cuckoo bees).  And they share a family with our familiar honey bees and bumble bees (Apidae).

Anyway, appreciate her cuteness!
